- Explore those thoughts that may be painful and difficult to question.
I have been using The Work on a daily basis in my own life since 2000 and have attended numerous Schools for The Work and many other events with Katie. All of this has given me the personal experiences needed to support you in your process.

How Does It Work?
Sessions can occur face-to-face or on the phone. They are typically 60 minutes long, 2 to 4 times a month. The schedule is designed to fit your personal needs.
