Seeking love is how you lose the awareness of love. But you can only lose the awareness of it, not the state. This is not an option, because love is what we all are. That’s immoveable. When you investigate your stressful thinking and your mind becomes clear, love pours into your life, and there’s nothing you can do about it.”
– Byron Katie
How do you go about seeking the love, approval, and/or appreciation of others? Are you even aware of all of the ways you live your life and the amount of time and mental energy you spend doing this? Have you ever been afraid to ask for something you wanted or ever done something that you really didn’t want to do? Have you ever laughed at something you didn't think was funny? Do you sometimes think you don't care what others think about you and then find that you really do?
In this workshop, you'll identify the thoughts that stop you from asking for what you want and cause you to say “yes” when you want to say “no.” You'll uncover the beliefs that are running your life -- the beliefs you aren't even aware of -- and discover your innocence and a way out of seeking love from others. You’ll find your way out of other’s people’s business and back home to YOU.
You'll also discover:
- How you compromise your own happiness and freedom in the pursuit of pleasing others.
- The ways in which you victimize yourself as a love-approval-appreciation addict.
- What you think you would have if you had someone’s approval.
- The thoughts that stop you from living honestly and in your own integrity.
- How to genuinely receive.
- A way to discover what YOU really want.
This workshop is intended for everyone who wants to find a new way to be in relationship with others. It is appropriate for those new to and those experienced in The Work. It is limited to 24 participants, which will allow for an intimate setting and plenty of individual attention.

Testimonials
After experiencing this workshop, I noticed how wonderful The Work works. I came away from this workshop learning more about myself and the truths which I had held onto for most of my adult life. I felt a release by the end our five days and look forward to attending another event with Maggie.

I left with a renewed commitment to The Work and the sense that Katie has planted seeds that are sprouting up all over the world in beautiful ways.
